I had some clearcoat peeling from the side of my truck. I took it to Nu Look and received a very reasonable estimate - took the truck in to have the area re-painted and I am very pleased with the results. The paint job is perfect and the color matches exactly to the original paint (the truck is 12 years old so matching the paint was important).

Our insurance company recommended repairing our vehicle at Nu-Look. Nu-Look contacted us that our vehicle was ready. We made the 4 hours drive (one way) to pick up our vehicle. We did not even drive it out of the parking lot and discovered that they did not replace the cracked transmission mounts. If they had driven the vehicle even 5 minutes they would have heard and felt the noise. Nu-Look definitely should have test drove the vehicle as they replaced the radiator and should have driven the vehicle to ensure that there were not leaks. After a second 4 hours trip back to pick up the vehicle discovered that when they reassembled the bumper they switched the wiper lines. In our experience their work is poor and shoddy. Their incompetence resulted in our need to take off work 2 days. I highly recommend avoiding this shop.
