Provided by YP.comOrrick was extremely helpful and fixed my computer much faster and cheaper than I could've had it done by the Geek Squad. I have called him with questions months later and he took time to explain things to me on the phone also. Wonderful man and business to work with.

Provided by YP.comDo not take your computer there. I took it there, hoping that he could do something to fix it. He promised to call back the following Monday, but ended up keeping it for a month and a half almost and did absolutely nothing to it. I had to take the initiative to find out about my computer, instead of him letting me know like he said he would. He ended up charging me $60 to basically take the hard drive out of the computer (I could've done it myself and saved $60) and on top of that, when I plugged the HD up to another computer, half of my files are missing!!! I will NOT be recommending this place to ANYONE I know.
Pfranz88, I really apologize if you were not happy with our services. We have done work for your grandmother, and other members of your family and they have came to our businees for several other repairs and were very pleased with our services. Here at A Plus Computer Services, we always contact the customer and be very upfront with them about repairs, and we DO NOT do anything without the customers approval. I really apologize if you were not satisfied with our services. If there is anything that we can do to regain your trust and your service come in and see us and we will make sure your next visit is a better experience..
