Great service so far. And it is hard to get through on the phone in the summer, but I can take care of almost everything on the web site, like the first reviewer noted. Also, they have a store at the corner of Gilbert and Stoner where I can go pick up water if I absolutely cannot wait. I like that they're locally owned, too.
