While visiting my son in Shreveport for the weekend, where he's stationed with the Air Force, our car broke down in a not so friendly neighborhood. We are from Pennsylvania, so we were very far from anything we knew. I called our roadside assistance program and they connected us with Barlow's towing. He was there within 20 minutes of the call. He asked us if we had a ride. We told him we were working on it but he could tow our car and we would get a ride. He said "absolutely not", he would not leave us there until we had a ride. He called a cab company, which I believe was Ace cab company, and they were there within 15 minutes, and the cab driver was very professional and provided us with excellent service. Barlows had my sons car delivered to the place we requested and the car was in perfect shape and delivered as promised. The operator was a fine young man and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and on our way before leaving. I would highly recommend Barlow's.

They were careless with my new car and busted the oil pan while unloading it and are now refusing to fix it.

Broke down in the middle of a hot summer day. Other companies wanted 90 cash for in-town and said the wait would be over an hour. These guys showed up before I was even off the phone with the mechanic! Good price, fast, and super friendly.

K, I called 15 or so towing companies. Barlows was by far the least expensive and nicest of them ALL BAR-NONE. The man was kind and had my car towed from point A to point B in less than a hour from when I called him. If your looking for a tow u will not be dissatisfied with Barlows
