This is the nastiest chineese food restaurant EVER! My husband and I had a very bad experience about 3 years ago and swore we would NEVER go back! I really can't believe they are still in business!!!! Please save your money and go somewhere else!!!

My girlfriend and I decided to eat out today (6/14/11), and I stated that I'd like to have Chinese for dinner. She recommended that we eat at Cheng's on Mansfield road. I had told her that I've never been there before and agreed to give it a try. Wow...the buffet was scarcely stocked, what food that was presented look okay. That was until we ate it!! I just thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and my mother for teaching me how to pray over my food!!!! It was not very tasty to put it mildly and the service is second best. After trying most of the things on the buffet, my g/f decided to get some fruit for her daughter. That's when we discovered how bad this place really was. Most of the sliced apples were rotted. That was it for her!!! The barely english speaking waitress attention was quickly brought the fruit bar by my g/f. After she tried to explain to her several times how unsatisfactory and unhealthy it was, to no avail, she asked for the manager and or owner. You guessed it...he/she was nowhere to be found. It took them almost ten minutes to return to the table with a number. Needless to say we didn't leave a tip!! As we were getting into our car, an Asian male came outside on the phone. He presented to me a business card of a Deputy Marshal whom I thought was the manager and or owner. He said that this Deputy is a friend of the owner and proceeded to write down the license plate number of our car. For what I don't know!! We were not rude or ugly and even though the food sucked, we paid for it!! Do yourself, your friends and family a favor and avoid this place at all costs!!!!!
