When purchasing any expensive piece of jewelry or watches, I would give my business to a company that stands for their words. Unfortunately, Jay at Clarkes does not. He and I had been communicating about an upcoming Rolex watch that I was committed to buy along with his receiving staff. All sudden, all stories (excuses) came up and the watch was not there anymore. I bought an air ticket to go buy this watch and had to cancel the trip. This place is deceptive at its best. Run away, folks.

I appreciate the compliment on my late Grandfather, Gene Clarke. He was truly a wonderful family man, business man, and I know he would be beyond impressed by the Clarkes of today.

Poor customer service. Only interested in single sale, not in keeping a customer. Mr. Gene Clarke was a fantastic man! This store and staff aren't a shadow of the former.
