The lady working the to-go counter and desserts area was very rude. She should find a job that she enjoys doing because it sure isn't this one.

we stayed one night 12/9/14. i was dissappointed. the room was beautiful, clean and a great price. the gambling was pretty fun even though we lost. the service was horrid!!!!! they must only have 1 cocktail waitress per floor of the casino. it took about 20 to 30 minutes for her to make the circuit after ordering a drink to finally getting one. my wife reported to me that she was by passed for 2 hrs waiting for a dr pepper. said she was just going to find a vending machine and just buy herself one. we ate at the cafe on the first floor at the front of the casino. the lady that took our order acted put out that we would bother her. we had to wait about 20 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries. my wifes bun was hard, not toasted hard, but like the bun bag was left open too long, the food tasted great though.
