I have been seeking a prorated refund of $250 for monthly services that were not provided to my mother at an assisted living center. They promised a refund and now they never answer the phone and never return calls. This has been going on for months.

Ok it made me choose so I chose lowest but wanted to put a minus 5 star rating!!!
