Doors are unlocked late hours of the night. I was able to walk the halls of this facility and no one inquired on my visit. It continuously smells like urine no matter when l present. The staff tries to go out of their way once acknowledging a visitors presence. The caregivers are very unprofessional, their language is offensive and show no concern in the visiting party at the facility. Profanity is used with and towards the patients. Staff on cell phones in hallways, conversations about personal affairs are being discussed openly. Patients walking into other patients rooms in late hours of the night. In my personal experience this not an upstanding facility and l would NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. NO RATING, NOT WORTH A STAR!!!!!!!! HAD TO POST AT LEASE ONE STAR IN ORDER TO POST BUT THAT IS INCORRECT- NO STARS FROM ME!!!!
