I was driving my Honda Accord and I was rear ended by a Tundra. I brought my car to Nicole at Holmes Auto Collision and she could not have been more professional, courteous and helpful. The insurance company of the fella that rear ended me were being total asses but Nicole got on them and stayed on them until the issues were resolved. Nicole was and is very professional, classy, persistent, and courteous. In my estimation, she is an excellent representative for Holmes Auto Collision Center. She has the type of personality that I feel like I have known her for years. Whatever Holmes is paying her, its not enough. People with her people skills don't grow on trees.
