We thought they were great to work with while finding what we wanted, picking out the tiles and accents for a kitchen backsplash, but the kindness only lasted until the sale. They did the estimates on what we would need for the various tiles based on our measurements (which came from the cabinet drawings, so measurements were good), yet they don't take back tiles not used. THEY overestimated but YOU pay for it! At $10 a piece (and they were sold by the piece) and a dozen leftovers, it wasn't a cheap overestimation on their part. If they overestimate number of tiles needed by per-item cost (per piece, per box), they should take returns. Their excuse is that they would have to ship it back, but I don't buy that. The tiles can stay in their inventory. Also, we didn't get a per-item price or detailed listing of costs until I asked for it (got it after delivery). If you deal with this company, be aware of the little ways they will rip you off (I had no idea shipping was $117!). We'll stick with Lowe's/Home Depot after this.

Sales good, but follow up for repair work post-installation takes multiple phone calls. Took months to get laminate repaired (and then had to pay for" repair" work despite it being their mistake on the installation). So far, still waiting for even a return phone call regarding repairing my carpet. Just be prepared that if you need service post-installation, you will have to beg for it.

Jim Ivey is a man of his word!Unlike the other guys in town(like Flooring america)he stands by his work. I am very pleased and would recommend him to everyone with any type of flooring needs.He is a super guy with wonderful employees.
