I had four bridesmaid dresses to have altered. When they were completed, the girls tried them on and if something was wrong, Kim corrected the problem. I've had cheer uniforms tailored as well. Never had any problems.

My daughter took her bridesmaid dress to be altered 2 weeks before the wedding.

She picked it up 2 days after it was scheduled to be ready. She had to pick it up the

day of the wedding. She was in a hurry. When she got to the wedding, the dress was

not finished and it was not hemmed. The mother of the bride had to hem it. Kim would

not discount the dress for the inconvenience or return calls of complaining for being

treated. The clerk said they were busy with homecoming dresses and only Kim could

refund the money. We are still waiting? Are you sure you want her to alter your clothes?
