Mr Mercer took over a week to provide me with results of his appraisal. After calling his office and leaving a message he finally contacted me stating that I would have my appraisal that afternoon. I did receive my appraisal that afternoon. My home is located on a corner lot in Bossier 4 bedroom 1.5 bath with a remodeled kitchen bathroom and pool and deck in large backyard. According to his eyes he said $80K. Please tell me where you can buy property like this in Bossier. I saw where he had a bad review but I gave him the benefit of many they were wrong. No they were absolutely correct. Today i called his office in hopes of an explanation. i have yet to hear from this gentleman. Be advised find an appraiser other than this guy. It is not my attention to spear someones name but i paid for an appraisal and i shafted.

Would NOT recommend. He appraised my home for a refinance. wrong measurements, several inaccuracies in the home description. I ended up not refinancing due to an incredibly low appraisal.

He sucks, incredibly slow on follow up inspections. Would not recommend him to anyone.
