Provided by YP.comThe service is horrible! I got my Sedona 2015 and I have lots of issue about this car. First, I saw I cut on leather back seat. I told the sales person about it (Jonathan) So he made an appointment for me so that the service center will fix it. When I came back, the supervisor named Jack told me that I need to make an appointment, I told him I did. I told the sales person about it but the supervisor(Jack) Insisted that I need to come back the next week. The next problem I had was my windshield washer wasn't working. Also, the DVD can only be heard using the headphones ( It has only 2 headphones) so other passengers cannot hear anything. I went to the dealership during the Labor day but the service department was closed, so I made and appointment for Saturday. That time I spoke with Josh. He was good and accommodating. He told me that they will take care of it when I come back Saturday. When I came back, Josh wasn't there, I spoke with the supervisor again named Jack. He told me, they only have few people working in the service so they cannot help fix my car's problem. He wanted me to come back again! The lady from the service department told me that the only day they can help me is only during weekdays. I am working so it's hard for me to bring my car to the dealership for weekdays. She told me that, that's the only way they can fix my car. It is not easy to come back and forth! I hope Kia Shreveport will resolve this issue.

Provided by YP.comdont go here. i took my rig there and they said it would be looked at first thing in the morning.the day o took it in there was wed nite. on thursday i must have called 10 times to find out staus. no answere or call back on all the messages i left. fri another 10 plus calls and still no answere. i blew up on the operator at the place. then 2pm they called and said oops im soory we got to busy too look at your rig. i went nuts. monday after 50 calls i finally got them to answere in the service dept. they simply said its ok (my computer) i just had a master mech look at it and several thousand dollars of repairs. now he said only mitsubishi can work on the conputers. he can not.. so i asked if there mech would talk to my mech cause there mech wanted to take off intake and do lots of testing that was not needed. they orr said they dont do that. so now what? i took off the computer and sent it off to a specialest to get check it out. mind you i had to rent a car while this was getting worked on. results are as follow
capaciter was leaking and not working. had to get another one installed also the chemical had to be neutralized and due to the leaks the mother board had corrosion from this leak. all soldering on the mother board had to be redone. all this was completed. i tried to call service manager to see about getting money back. still no call were returned as of yet..

Provided by YP.comHey, I know everyone want to have a Honda (they don't break), well they do. But the unsung hero that I live with is a Montero Sport with 120,000 mi. and no major problems. When I call in they tell me what to expect on the dyno charges. Also do not charge you if a stupid problem is found. (The first time!!) I will recommend Orr to all that want to hear it. This place gets 5 stars, even if its not a Honda place.
