Our organization used this business in the past and Steve was very helpful. Customer service is very important and their quality of work is top of the line as well.

I give it three stars for a good fabric selection and embroidery work. As for their quilting machines, the staff didn't seem to know a lot about them. They couldn't answer my question, were not familiar with the new precision glide rail system on the H.Q., and it was my impression that they were thinking "go away you are bothering me". I left my name and phone number for the gentleman I talked to the day before to call me - he never called. I found another dealer in Texas who answered all my questions, gave me prices and options. When I'm ready to up-grade or purchase a new machine, I'll take my business to Texas.
