the dr.'s were just fine, the problem was the office staff. I was shocked by how rude they were, especially one lady named robyn. I called to get my wife in for some abnormal pain with her pregnancy and they were very hesitant to even see us since we very recently moved here. the only thing Robyn was concerned about was getting the money. she wouldn't allow us to do anything, not make an appointment, not answer our questions, not anything, until she looked up our insurance to make sure we were covered. then she reiterated several times how much money we would need to bring to cover the in office co-pays. I don't understand why she was so rude but I am disgusted thinking about it. as a health care professional (barely), she was anything but professional. it's sad that the doctors are so good but their staff reflects poorly upon them.
