Nothing but issues since day one! Poor management. The staff was not very knowledgeable. My monthly memberships dues were not taken out and the staff would not tell them there was no problem. So I was left with almost a $100 balance before they said anything about it. They had my address wrong in the system and I after told them multiple times and filling out the correct forms, it was still not updated in the system. The front office staff told me to contact the manager to fix it. For someone reason they could not fix it themselves, even though they told me they fixed it in the past. They did not seem to concerned about it being wrong and my account not being charged correctly. I canceled the membership after months of issues. They advertise no commitment, but I was charged a $63 cancelation fee. FYI, the gym does not have a lot of free weights. Its mostly cardio and with the gym being so cheap, its mostly packed but dies off by Thursday.
