No need to get appointment it still a three hour wait,and they don't even try to accommodate their customer's, it all day process,and with children it impossible to keep them still or awake that long ,they have good advertisement to get you inside ,but once you walk through the door it all down hill, no shame in there game,,it sad that the doors are still open,leave shreveport......it was a wasted day, cold and raining with children and all I receive from them is that you can reschedule. If I like ,,,,why,so I can experience the same thing ..no thanks one thing I learned,money spends anywhere,if the buyer want it 😍😍

I came here for newborn and family pictures. I was very disappointed in our session and photos. I told the photographer I wanted photos of mainly newborn, together as a family and of my older child and baby together. He continued to want to take pictures of my 3 year old by herself. Then wanted to take all the other poses, husband and I together, the 2 kids and myself, 2 kids and him. I explained to him again, we were not three for that reason. We were there for my newborn. Have tons of photos of my 3 year old and tons of just my husband and me together. He took photos anyways of 3 year old by herself. I declined all other poses. After reviewing pictures, majority of them are poorly taken. Pictures are not centered, people are cut off, took pictured of newborns feet, toes are cut off on 2 out of 3 pictures and remaining one are not centered. Went ahead and ordered a few because need pictured of newborn and didn't want to go do another 2 hours up there a different day. I been there before with different photographers and they never seen to want to listen to what you want. I don't want to waste time taking poses, I know I'm not going to purchase and wasting time when children can have short attention spans.
