Provided by YPmobileDr. Ratcliff is the most caring and compassionate veterinarian I've ever known. He has cared for my pets for many years, and I would go nowhere else. His love for animals is apparent from the very first time you meet him!

Provided by YP.comRatcliff Animal Hospital is the place to go if you love your pet like a member of the family and only want the very best for them. The staff is just wonderful. They are loving , caring people. And they all have so much knowledge. Most of them have worked for Dr. Ratcliff for years and have learned so much. Now about the doc. There is no way I can tell you how much we love this man. He has been the answer to prayers for us. He has been our vet through 3 Great Danes. Jasper lived to be 10 1/2. He had lung cancer. Doctor Ratcliff never gave up on him. He was there fighting for his life to the end. And then Ellie Mae. She lived 11years 4 months. This is very long for a Great Dane whose life span is usually around 6 to8 years. She was diabetic and blind the last couple years of her life. She took insulin twice a day and did just great. It was not easy. The doc had to work with her constantly to keep her blood sugar regulated, but he did. She was happy and did just great. Now we have Winston. He is a miracle. He contracted Babesia when he was a year old through a tic bite. Any other vet would have given up. But the doc called doctors all over the United States. He studied, he prayed and he kept his game face on so I would not freak out. There were some hard times. Blood transfusions, flying in medicine from Vegas on the fastest thing smoking and other drastic measures. ANd as for Winston, He is laying beside me right now snoring like a bull. We are so greatful. And line ave. emergency vet fought for his life twice during this time. He was rushed there with 106 temp. just for starts. They were great! I know some people do not like them. They are all business and to the point. They have to be. It is an emergency clinic. There is not time to baby anyone, especially owners . If you need a hug, then take a friend. The people there will be busy saving your pets life. Did I mention that Dr. Ratcliff is so kind and caring to all pets and to their owners. When I had to have one of my Danes put down because she just was old and played out. The entire staff encluding Doc. cried with me as we held her while she went to sleep.
I pray everyday for Dr. Ratcliffs health. There will never be another like him.
He is the best. I wish we could give him a hundred stars.

Provided by YP.comOn 13 May, my wife took my cat to this vet, told Dr Pierce he had been vomiting blood, not eating or drinking, told her of his previous UTI history, gave her the phone # of our previous out of state vet, which she never called. She diagnosed my cat with worms! The next day, my cat died from a urinary tract blockage. STAY AWAY
