Well....my bf moved here Feb.5......There were a lot of problems with the apartment that maintenance have yet to fix.....it was a leak downstairs so they had to find the leak from my apartment.They put a huge hole under the sink that they still haven't fixed....they tore up the tile in the bath tub and we were unable to bathe for days until I finally call management... Two days later they fixed the hole.They pulled up the toilet looking for the leak and they still haven't re sealed the toilet.......in the process of fixing the bathroom tile....they tore up the seal that they put in the tub so now every time we bathe...we have white pant floating in it....one of the maintenance guys tore my door up coming in and not knocking....the chain was on the door and he just tore up the while door....still haven't fixed it.....I don't have a patio door....none of the doors lock properly.....I brought all of this to the attention if the manager who ensured me that the would fix everything..NOTHING

Management has changed! You don't wanna live here. Short staffed on maintance staff, section 8 housing being brought back, no lock on the gate to the pool so everyone and their family comes. Can't even enjoy the pool because there is always at least 20 people there that do NOT live here. This used to be

a decent place. I am leaving as soon as possible and will not refer anyone here! Why would anyone bring back Section 8 housing after all the hard work.

I have lived here a few months. Sheree the manager is wonderful. Lauren and Brandi are as well. This place looks great compared to when i looked at renting here last yr. Anytime i have a problem they get on it as quickly as they can. Sheree takes pride in making this property beautiful. I love it here and hope to stay awhile.

Rude staff and very unprofessional. Been here lonh enough will be on the firdt u-haul moving once lease is up. Wouldnt recommend to sm yone beware. Its cheap for a reason.

I have been living in at The Residence for about 5-6 months now and at first I had wonderful service. Recently I moved into a bigger part, I moved into a townhouse in the middle of the complex since I am expecting. I was told I would move in on the 26th of last month. I have my things stored there but cannot move in. My carpet on my staircase has been flooded because they haven't fixed my a/c which I asked for it to be fixed on the 29th of this month. It has been over two weeks. Everytime I would ask, they would apologize and say it's being done shortly. It never got fixed. I spoke with one of the lady's in the office via email. And then when nothing was taken care of, I went to management who keeps telling me she is confused and doesn't understand what is going on after I forwarded every email. I don't complain about much, but seeing as to how I am half way over my pregnancy and haven't been able to get anything done in my apartment. There is paint splattered all over my floors in my bathrooms and in the kitchen, a vent that's wide open letting in outside access, and a chunk of wood missing from the counter top leading to my kitchen. It's been so hot that for the past couple of weeks I have had to stay at other places. DON'T MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS.

Recently my ac broke and the maintenance got it up running better than before. The management is new but already I am seeing a marked improvement. I've written reviews in the past but they were in reference to the old management team we had here in the past. Our leasing consultants and maintenance staff are very attentive in helping us with our needs. I think these apartments are really nice and feel if the current management stays we will see this community become great again. I really like staying here because the rent is cheap especially for the amount of space we get. The views we have are very nice and they are in all honesty pretty laid back about stuff here...way more so than those uppity apartment communities that won't even let you smoke! At least here you are pretty much free to do as you want so long as it doesn't break any laws or cause harm to others and the rent really is affordable. So am hoping this new staff of management and maintenance stays as they are a breath of fresh air especially what we tenants have been through via the other management that was here before.

I have lived here for five years and while the townhouse that I rent is very nice and big, the level of customer service is limited. They change management about every six months to a year and don't seem to have enough maintenance people. People are literally going without air conditioning in 90 degree plus heat. In the winter it is not unusual for tenants to go without hot water and heat. The front office staff are polite until something in your home goes wrong...like your ac breaking...then they are not very concerned whether or not the heat is making you sick. After all it's not their job but maintenance's job. That's all well and good but one of the maintenance men is lazy and would rather lie than fix the problem which means further delays and more people going without yet expected to pay for regardless. They are constantly leaving threatening notices on tenants doors about payment of rent even if tenant has never been late on rent. They are clever in always finding something to charge a tenant and tenant is thus forced to pay for a BS charge! My husband and I have had to pay numerous BS charges that they never could fully explain. Also some of their leasing consultants are stuck up and rude having a better than you mentality which I find to be unprofessional. The lack of customer service, shortage of maintenance people, no emergency maintenance available and the over all attitude of this place is below average though I'm giving it a three star rating because the property itself is nice and spacious. It just would be even nicer if they hired more maintenance and had more friendly and caring staff when in dealing with the tenants.

I live in this complex now. After being told I am approved for a townhouse, one of the lady's tells me that it will be ready on the 26th, as I work at a dealership I ask if I can come by on the 25th to do paperwork since I won't be free until the 4th of July. On top of this I am also pregnant so I am not on my time I'm on others. After coming by to sign paperwork and get everything done, they tell me nothing is done and they weren't expecting me until the 26th I explain that's not what we agreed on. The lady I spoke to won't speak to me because she is on break. I wouldn't be upset but now I can't move in until after the 4th of July.

Reader beware.

This apartment complex looks nice when you visit. The apartment they show is nice, updated, well lit, however the buildings are very 1970's, and the appliances that you get in YOUR apartment are also very 1970's. Kids run wild, unchecked by their parents-- always several strangers at the pool and they almost never check for pool passes. Gate is never closed so anyone could just wander in. Pond area in the back is good for fishing and my dog loves to swim in it, so that is nice. 2-BR apartment is good size and at $705 the price is great. But not for all the additional crap you're forced to deal with. Constantly roaches in the kitchen area- I am a very clean person, I KNOW I didn't 'bring them in' as the office staff has claimed. Passive-aggressive staff, after-hours maintenance is non-existent. Just... Run. Far, far away.
