Everything is wonderful while you're in their store. But even sale prices are premium and no service after the sale. We purchased a two person tub out of need for health reasons. Our tub was a lemon from the point of installation. They also gave us the wrong manual which was revealed when there was a warranty problem. Manual said 3 yrs coverage but conveniently our tub had only 1 yr. They're glad to send someone out! That too, is at a premium cost! Do your research before going there. Unfortunately there isn't a large market in this area to choose from. So at least know your product. In the 5 years we've had the tub, it's been down more than twice as much as it's been running. And that's with extreme care, undercover from weather and sunlight.

Very poor service after something breaks. Only works if you are willing to pay a premium price for items that are selling hundreds of dollars less than what they charge you
