I asked for Jennifer and did not mind waiting, I was asked by Jennifer to try someone else. I asked for a shampoo and blow dry my hair under.

The stylist flipped it up. She was nice but when you ask for a certain person to style your hair I expect to get them. I always tip generously and did so. I won't go back if I can have the stylist I asked for. I was disappointed!

Went in with hair one length below my shoulders want a cut that was just above my shoulders showed them a picture and ask if they could give me that cut. I have/had thick healthy hair and come out with hair to my chin and short layered back and thinned out to nothing in the front. I wasn't well at the time but didn't see how short it was until it was too late. I had one length hair past my shoulders now I've got to go to someone else get even more cut off just to give it a shape. I even ask her to cut it wet so I could get a good cut. I didn't cause a scene because it was too late it wouldn't bring my hair back but I cried until I was sick and my husband was really mad about it. When you show somebody a picture and you know your hair can't be cut and look that way because you've worn it that way before there's no excuse. Everybody has told me I have beautiful hair and never cut it short but now it's a my ears. Never again! Still crying! I woukdnt give it one star but had too to leave a review.

It all depends who you get at any random low price hair cuttery place. Ive been going to this one for about 3 yrs, I have had 4 different ppl cut my hair there, some are sissor crazy some work with you and some are pretty good. I have walked out of there with good hair cuts and i have walked out of there with bad hair cuts, If you dont tell them what you want with detail then you will get surprises, I have learned that form experiences. There are some hair cuts you just dont get at a low discount hair cuttery place they are rushing threw people.

I noitced the other 2 reviews were 2 years old, I have been to Supercuts on Youree a couple of times and have never had a bad haircut. Where else can I go to get a great cut and give a decent tip for $20.00? I will go back.

I went to Supercuts to ask to have my hair cut real short, a young lady said she would cut my hair short using her imagination, and within 5 minutes she finished my haircut, and my wife said my back was barely touched. Such a super sloppy cut!

I went in for a trim. when I left my hair was uneven everywhere.. and it was very long in the back. thanks for the mullet. I will NEVER GO BACK!
