I was very pleased with the service and advice I got at the Bike Pedaler. I'm not an avid bike rider, just a weekender, and I wanted a good bike to get started. They were able to evaluate my needs, and steer me to a great bike for my level. I realized that I could probably have gotten a cheaper bike at a "big box" store, but I wanted to get a better bike that I'd not be disapointed with in a couple of years. I love my bike! It fits me well, and runs like a dream.



Then, after a mishap with my quick release front tire (involving my own car running over my own tire!) they were able to order me a new tire and it arrived the next day. I had to ship my bike a couple of months later and they did so for a very reasonable fee. They did a much better job than I'd have done myself, and they got a very resonable rate to ship to Maine.



I felt I got excellent service with a smile, and couldn't speak more highly of Bike Pedlar!

Web Site says works on all makes and models, brought two Schwinn bikes to have them tuned up and they refused service. Guess they didn't cost enough!
