Correct phone # to business is 318-603-2582. Very friendly and polite staff. Had couch cushions refoamed. Sign said "In by 9 am out by 5 pm" and that is how long the job took. Cushions feel brand new now. Happy with the quality.

I called this place to ask about having my sofa and loveseat reupholstered. I asked for a ballpark figure, and the guy told me 900 to 1000 dollars each for labor, and materials would be separate. The price is not the issue, I am sure it would be well worth it to some people who have emotional attachments to their old furniture, and I certainly believe that quality workmanship should be well compensated.

However, when I explained that I hadn't decided yet whether to have mine reupholstered or to simply buy new ones, I was offended by the response I was offered. He told me "well YOU can just go buy a new one for 500 bucks, but it won't be any good. The people WE do business with have NICE furniture and want to keep it." (This is word for word what he said.)

How does he know how much I paid for mine without seeing them or being told? I love my sofas because they are extremely comfortable, and I DO intend on having them reupholstered, but I DON'T see the need to pay 3000 bucks for the pair to be reupholstered by someone who brushes me off over the phone. If this place stays so busy that they can afford to condescend to potential clients, I think I'll find somewhere else to spend my money!
