DO NOT BUY A PASSPORT PHOTO FROM HERE. The manager knows the photos do not photograph well with their camera and they still waste the consumer's time and money taking bad lighting photos. All in all, go to the post office to have picture made. You would have only saved $3 and you spend that in returning the photo walgreens on southfield screwed up!

I must share with you a humiliating experience that occurred this week when I attempted to have my monthly prescription filled at Walgreens on Southfield. I dropped my script off and returned to pick it up the next day. When I got there, the employee informed me that my script was dated for the 17th and could not be filled until then. Knowing I'd been to my doctor's office on Monday, the 7th, I asked to see the script. I pointed out to the employee that the date written by my doctor was the 7th. Granted, the way my physician wrote the 7 almost looked like a 17. To confirm that my Dr wrote the 7th, I asked her to call his office. It was, after all, during regular business hours. The employee refused to call but did go get a pharmacist who informed me he could not fill it until the 17th. I repeatedly asked him to simply call my doctor's office for clarification and he absolutely REFUSED to make the local call. In fact, he treated me like a drug seeker with a bogus prescription rather than the patient I am with a legitimate, hand-written prescription! I am glad to know that their business is still doing so well in this economy that they can insult and lose their customers. Goodbye Walgreens. Hello CVS!
