My pool was damaged by a storm in March needed a quote for the insurance company Piece of the beach supplied the quote and then came and removed the rest of the pool waiting for a new pool and will definitely have piece of the beach install - when the owner Fred came to look at the pool for an estimate for the insurance he was hoping he could just repair it but after looking at it he said no. Well now we are having a mud room and finishing our basement and also adding a deck would definitely recommend them and the office manager is very professional and returns calls promptly (even after 7 pm)'

I needed my above ground liner replaced.Joanna who works the office was fantastic. I spoke to her on Friday afternoon and she emailed me the contract and told me that they could come the next day. I informed her that the pool was not empty and she said she would get a hold of Fred to drop off a pump that afternoon. Fred arrived with the pump at 3:30 and started pumping out the water. He said he will be back early Saturday afternoon. When Fred and his crew arrived, they were very professional. Everyone know what they had to do. They did the job in 3 hours and left everything spotless. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

They canceled on me 3 times, twice the night before and once on the day of. When they finally came out I was told I had to pay more money or they would leave. The Office Manager, Diane, was awful to deal with. She called me screaming at me demanding more money for a part of the job that was never even completed. She then threatened to take me to small claims court. After my installation was completed there were large tire marks all over my yard as well as a lot of grass ripped up. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend.
