If I could award negative stars I would! Had Alexanders make a custom piece of jewelry. They completely botched the job, then wouldn't honor their word that they would make it right! Also proclaimed they lost the original artwork. Had a nightmare of a time and had to survive the owner's rude comments besides. I will NEVER go here again.

Only jeweler I will ever use again - have been a customer for over eight years - quality & design can't be beat. Sales persons are very knowledgeable and friendly.
