I called on Sunday, March 12th and spoke with Pam. I explained that my prescription bottles indicated that I had 3 refills on both medications. She told me that the Metoprolol was incorrect due to my last refill was for 90 days, although the bottle has it clearly typed that I have 3 refills. She stated that the CVS system is set up that way and there was nothing she could do. First Value not being addressed by your staff – “Caring”. I then asked when and to what number did they fax my physician. Pam stated that they faxed him on March 8th and the number she gave me was for a fax that was for a previous location. I have given CVS the correct number on numerous occasions. Pam then lectured me that is was my responsibility to ensure my prescriptions are current. Here is another value not being demonstrated - Accountability. Pam took no actions that would have demonstrated accountability. When I stated that I would look for another pharmacy her response was “OK”.

Pharmacy is beyond horrible. They are rude and just don't care. Do not use. Walmart and their lines are better then this place. Will never go their again. Pulling all my scripts

THIS IS A WONDERFUL RX STORE/LOCATION... RITE AID IS ACROSS THE STREET & THEY STINK!!! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE IT IS NOT IN THEIR MOTO TO PROVIDE IT...

I HAVE A DISEASE THAT IS TAKING MY LIFE !!!! & THEY CAN'T EVEN KEEP MY BASE LINE MEDS ON THE SHELF. THEY R HIGH LEVEL NARC'S FOR THE SEVER PAIN THAT THE DISEASE CAUSES. I LEARNED A LONG TIME AGO TO HAVE ALL NARCS COUNTED B4 YOU LEAVE THE COUNTER & MANY TIMES THEY HAVE BEEN OVER & HAVE BEEN UNDER THE COUNT....



MY HIGHEST THANKS TO THE MGR @ CVS !!!! SHE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING!!! MOVED ALL OF MY RE~FILLS FROM RITE AID OVER TO CVS & FILLED ALL MY NEW RX WITH NO PROBLEM @ ALL ....



IF YOU LIVE IN THE SHREWSBURY,PA AREA DO NOT USE THE RITE AID THERE YOU WILL HAVE TROUBLE.. THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH 5 MGR'S SINCE THEY TOOK OVER & THE OTHER FLOOR STAFF & TECH'S ARE THERE ONE DAY & GONE THE NEXT....



USE CVS !!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM TELLING YOU, YOU WILL LOVE IT... YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR SICK OR A FAMILY MEMBER IS SICK THE LAST THING THAT YOU NEED TO ENCOUNTER IS A PROBLEM FILLING A RX, BECAUSE OF SOME IDIOT NOT KNOWING WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE DOING AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE THERE TO START WITH....



LETS ALL GO TO CVS ON MAIN ST & RUN RITE AID OUT OF SHREWSBURY !!! WE DON'T NEED THEM HERE. THEY ARE A SUB STANDARD RX CO & IF YOUR WATCHING THE NEWS OR LOOK @ ANY REVIEWS ON THERE WEB SITE IT WILL ONLY TAKE ABOUT 2MINS TO FIGURE OUT THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO TRUST THEM WITH SOMETHING AS VITIAL AS YOUR HEALTH CARE...

JUST A WORD TO THE WISE !!!! GO TO CVS !!!!!!

Love this CVS! Never crowded! Employees are great! And has typical great CVS sales!
