It was a clean and very friendly enviornment, but my hair turned out NO where what i had asked. I wanted Blonde and i became fully Brunette. I was very upset, now it will take forever to get back to how my hair used to be. The stylist than proceeded to tell me i should have told her highlights, lowlights type deal..I didnt go to beauty school so how was i supposed to know!!! Was not happy with the service and still had to pay, no money off. I would reccommend being very elaborate, even tho i thought i was qut clear, when getting your hair done.
