Can't believe how rude employees of this establishment were. I had been considering buying some new lawn equipment from this location for a while. Every time I drove past it there was never a car in the parking lot. That should have been my first warning. Last week I decided to go and finally purchase several items for my lawn maintenance.. Again, no other customers in sight. Upon entering I was basically ignored. I approached one of the salesman, an older gentleman, and asked him where to find the equipment I was looking for. His reply.. "How can I help you if I don't know what you want?" WHAT??? He was very sarcastic and condescending. I couldn't believe that this company would hire employees that were so unwilling to answer the simplest questions. The employee spent the whole time looking at his computer. I really felt that I was actually bothering him. Needless to say I left without making the several hundred dollars in purchases that I had planned.

Do not take things to get serviced here. They will make things up, and just jack up the cost, to convince you to buy a new one from them. And then turn around and fix yours for cheap, and then rent it out.



I took my STIHL string trimmer to them for the first time, for its yearly service, but after they looked at it for a couple weeks, I was told that the repairs cost as much as a low end new string trimmer. They explained that my drive shaft was stripped, and it needed a new one, and a new bearing. Total came to $130 to repair it.



I didn't believe them, so I paid the $25 to get it back (what a rip off), and looked at it myself. After removing the drive shaft and with the help of Google and Youtube I was able to determine that it was not bad at all.



I then took it to a friend of mine who is an auto mechanic, and after he looked at it for a few minutes, determined that it just needed a new spark plug and air filter (a normal tune up for this machine), and the idle was set way too low. After replacing the spark plug, air filter, and adjusting the idle, it started up no problem.



I am convinced that this company was trying to get me to buy a new one, and even adjusted the idle so that I would never be able to start it, and since I am not that smart when it comes to small engines, I would be dumb enough to come back, and buy a new one from them.



I do not recommend them at all.
