Provided by YP.comI have never written a review in my life and I can honestly say that after speaking to the most unhelpful front desk person that I felt compelled to write something. I have moved out of state and need my chart released. I am willing to pay the fee ( even though most offices sends it to a new doctor as a courtesy) as well as have a family member pick it up in the office. I was told that someone would call me when it was ready, but couldn't inform me of when exactly it would be completed. This is an issue considering I'm out of state and the person bringing me my information will be visiting me in the next few days. I do see how it could be slightly rushed, however putting papers in a copy machine really does not take that long. Although the the NP's Pam and Linda as well as Dr. Achari are very kind and understanding...my experience today has completely changed my view in a negative way about this practice.

Provided by YP.comDr Magness has NO bedside Manor. She is rude, dismissive and has no ampathy. When my 19 year old daughter expressed an issue to her, Dr Magness response was take Alleve!... My daughter told her she felt disrespected and the doctor responded with NOUR I'M NOT. Ithe was a loosing battle to get her to understand she was not professional. Then she told my daughter, I am not your doctor , the staff made your appointment with the wrong doctor! I told her, that is not my daughters fault!..We left the office with nothing but a rude response from Dr. MAGNESS

Provided by YP.comI'm a new patient here, I had a baby in July and had to switch doctors because of insursnce.. So far my experience has been terrible thank god I only have to come here for annual exams because they truly don't care about their patients, espically new patients. I needed my birth control changed I told them I had my period for 3 weeks and something wasn't right I called THREE days in a row and they kept blowing me off saying they'll leave a message for the doctor and no one EVER called me back. I had to go to urgent care because I was so weak and didn't know what was going on, they suggested to call my gyno I told them what happened they said ok we'll leave a note for the doctor. God for bid I truly have something wrong and they keep blowing me off. These are the worst "professionals" I've ever came across. I can't wait to switch my insurance and go back to my old gyno who knew me by name and were always happy and helpful all the time!

Provided by YPmobileI've been a long term patient/customer at this location. I have never had any issues with doctors or the nurse practitioners but the office staff, Marie Dress and Layla are very rude and inconsiderate to patient/customer gripes. I recently had a billing issue and the way it was handled was poor. I had a preventive care visit which would have been free. I was sent a letter telling me I was due for a visit. I made my appointment for my preventive care and when I went in for it, I attempted to pay my copay and the front desk tech told me that my services were free due to Obamacare. Of course I thanked Obama. When I saw the doctor she informed me that since I had a normal check up the previous year, I did not need a Pap smear until 2016 (in my head, I questioned why they did not inform me of this before, why did they tell me I was due for an office visit, I could have saved the trip of going in but thank goodness it was free). The doctor than asked if I had any questions or concerns. I then informed her that sometimes I get a little pelvic pain and then she examined me and wrote a script (which I never filled). At no point, did anyone in the office inform me that if I asked any questions that it would be transformed the type of visit I was there for. Nor did they ask for a co pay or tell me that I would be billed. I left the office thinking that everything was okay. In the coming months, I received letters from the office which I chalked up as junk mail and never opened them until recently when and i learned that they were sending me to debt collections for $15.00. I called the office explained the miscommunication on their part and informed them that due to my misunderstanding they should waive the $15.00 co pay. There response: "I am not in the business of waiving fees!" I asked them if they would rather run the risk of loosing a long term patient over $15.00? And the answer was yes. (mind you that Dr. Magness delivered my daughter).
I then got off the phone and called my insurance provider and learned for me asking one question outside of my preventive care visit cost my insurance $196.00. What a way to get around the preventive care no fee provision.
I have since started the appeals process, so now they are not only loosing a customer but are now running the risk of having their payment overturned.
If you go in there, good luck getting an "office friendly" feeling from the staff. And if you see a sign advising you that you will be charged a co pay if you ask questions outside the scope of preventive care, that would be thanks to me. Since I was told I was the only person who has had this issue.

Provided by YPmobileFirst, I would like to say I loved the NP Pam. She was funny and understanding.
I never saw a doctor, I had to request one for an Ob visit because as a new patient I had never seen any of the doctors. Most of the front office staff is less than friendly and personal conversations are sometimes inappropriate. I was charged an insane amount of money to have my blood drawn which my insurance didn't cover because there was also a lab bill. The lab work that was run at my first Ob appointment had nothing to do with my life style or profession but rare genetic disorders. Now I am trying to leave the office and the charge to have my medical records released, $1 per page. I understand it takes time and money to pay someone to fax records over but come on now.
