With a dead well pump 5 pm and he was onsite at 9am installing a pump and getting my water running again at a reasonable price 🙏

I called Mike because of all the positive reviews on this site, and I'm glad I did! The pipe going from my well to the house was leaking. Thanks to a last-minute cancellation, Mike was here in 2 hours with an excavator ready to dig up my yard. Thankfully, the leak was right next to the house so minimal digging was required. Fair price. Speedy service. A pleasure to work with. What more could you ask for?

I can't speak highly enough of Mike. First, he actually returned my phone call. I explained my problem on the phone and we were able to agree on a solution to my problem. Mike arrived when he said he would and had everything he needed for the job. He was a pleasure to work with and his work and professionalism was exceptional.

I've had Mike out to my home twice since the first of the year and I have to give him a big shout out for his help with my issues, both of which required pulling my pump. He was on the job within an hour regardless of time and conditions. He is professional, goes right to work, is very precise and above all HONEST!!! Five Stars all round. I had an issue with my well pump and had a local electrician check it first but he informed me that the power was fine. I than contacted Mike at Collins Well Pump Services. Please keep in mind when you don't have water in your home your entire life changes. Mike was on site within 18 hours of my call and had my water running within two hours. The reason for this review is simple, when Mike pulled my pump up he noticed that the wiring might be compromised and suggested that he check the wiring prior to replacing a costly pump. Low and behold the wiring was bad and the pump was fine. I received professional service , prompt response but above all HONESTY which in my mind you can't put a price tag on.
If anyone that needs there water pump replaced and or worked on I HIGHLY recommend Mike.

After numerous unsuccessful attempts to get large local artesian well drillers to address the issue with our well and after a month of not showing up as promised I threw up the proverbial "white flag" and called Mike Collins. He arrived here within two hours as he indicated he would.
Conclusion: The problem was immediately addressed and our pumps two "check valves" were replaced while on the premises after two and a half hours, no pun is intended but all is now well.
This company is worthy of a phone call, forget the big guys all they want to do is make holes in the ground.
