Completely dissatisfied! ! They treated my aging chi, who was injured with a serious dog bite with rushed and uncaring hands! If the veterinarian would have taken even a moment to listen to me, and understand his frightfulness, the whole tratraumatic event could have been avoided. Instead, he grabbed him by the scruff of his injured neck as if he were a wild raccoon and rushed me out of the room!! Loki was screaming at the top of his lungs as I begged them to stop. He was so scared that he defficated himself !! I am truly sorry I ever brought him in there. The mishandling of him was far more traumatic then the initial dog fight was. You should be ashamed of yourselves! !
