PUBLIC WARNING!
I just wanted to share my experience at RadioShack here in Sidney in warning to those who think about spending their money locally with them!
My phone had a crack that wasn’t bad at all just inconvenient as it was over the front camera! So my husband went there to get a quote on a new screen and they said $80, what a steal right?! No! He canceled 4 times before he finally “fixed” it! Not a hugeee deal, but unprofessional and inconvenient.. I pick it up satisfied with the screen and even bought the most protective screen protector they have to go on it! (Not cracking this puppy!$ THEN just hours later my screen got HUGE purple streaks through anything that wasn’t the color black, and what wasn’t purple was dull, off colored, and impossible to see!

We brought it back and he agreed it was a faulty screen and agreed to fix it! Great! As expected if he put something faulty on my phone.. but he had to take the expensive screen protector off to check out and then he canceled 2 more times. Now at this time I had it in the bathroom while I showered and when I got out the whole screen was cracked!!! What in the world? Apparently cheap fake screens crack under the pressure of steam!! Now I go back myself to see what can be done and the lady working (apparently his wife) refused a new screen protector, yelled at me, and said rude things such as “It is your fault not his!!! That’s the risk you get having him fix it!!” causing me to cry as I left the store!
Now not only did they refuse a new screen protector that they had to remove from their faulty screen, but they flat out refuse to fix my phone saying the crack now makes it not covered under warranty!
AND to top it all off the man called MY HUSBAND to yell at him saying I was rude and horrible!!!! Who does that???

It’s all a scam to get your money!
My sister also had her phone "fixed" there around the same time and it now calls people on it's own mutes her when she does make a call and all sorts of issues!
