The phone number provided in YP for Dr. Goudarzi is a apparently a fax number, you get theta screeching sound in your ear when you call it. Very annoying. We found another phone number for him by doing a a web search and we got Dr. Hinkley's old phone number. No one answers at that number, It is continually busy. So we only give him one star because we were unable to make an appointment. There was no message device or voice mail .
