I think they are really great people I had to cancel twice and I am very apologetic and they were understanding. I will disagree with anyone who says that they are not a great company

Yeah...Don't bother calling these guys. I called them at 11:08 on New Years' Eve for a ride to the bar. They said "no problem, 20 minutes." More than an hour and a half later and 3 calls still no show. I just called and canceled. The only reason that I'm only giving a one star rating is because this program won't allow me to give them a zero or negative star rating. So hopefully you read this before calling these guys. Awful service. Don't bother...

poor service.. asked a few days ago and also inquired that day again how much it would cost to pick me up, they gave me a quote..a few hours later after not arriving, I called them and they said they cant t make it that far out of sidney. Missed work and all because of them. that's rotten what they did . what kind of service is that..poor if you ask me..
