Love my son's allergist! Dr. Moncrief is great! All the nurses seemed wonderful. I was leaving after his apt. And was asking the receptionist about faxing paper work to the school. She was very nice in giving me an answer but seemed a little confused... I was getting ready to pull out and forgot a Dr excuse for school. I went back in to get one. I went up to the window and she didn't see me. She rudely continued talking to a nurse about the dumb question I asked her and was mocking me! I was so embarrassed and just waited patiently until she saw me. Then she proceeded to act like nothing was wrong and gave me the note. I've never felt so dumb and embarrassed before. I was appalled at her behavior. Not to mention ever one in the waiting ruin could hear her talking thru the thin glass. I will continue to goo back because I love his Dr. Just couldn't believe her poor judgement and bad attitude!
