If you could put negative stars I would. I have never had good customer service at either of the Area Wireless locations in Sidney, Oh. I recently went in looking for a new phone, there were only a few option out on the floor to look at, none of which I was interested in. You have to do your own research before going in, then ask to see those specific phones. After I asked to look at a few different phones they wouldn't even turn them on for me to decide if I liked them. So on top of the much higher prices than what show's on the Verizon website I was going to have to pick a phone without even turning it on. I was told "it's android so it will be exactly the same as the phone you have now". Then I was told if I bought a phone online and brought it in with questions, they weren't going to help me unless I wanted to pay a $40 fee. I took my business to the Lima Verizon store, had to drive 40 minutes but it was well worth it. They had every phone you could think of on and ready for you to try out and the people that worked there were extremely nice and helpful.I will never go back to the Sidney Area Wireless stores.
