Ruiz Shoe Repair broke my nice leather shoes and demanded I pay! I brought my shoes to have the heels repaired. He wore down the shoe and replaced the heel very crooked. When I tried them on, it was uneven. When I told him it was not right, he said it was the best he could do. I told him I would like my shoes back, I will pay him for his time, but I was not happy that he had ruined my shoes. He said no, you pay me full price or you don't get your shoes! Those were my favorite shoes so I paid him. I feel taken advantage of. I will never go back again.

i have been a loyal customer since 1990 and will never switch to any other shoe maker. He is just a phenomenal man, nice and friendly. he always makes me happy and repairs my shoes like brand new. i thank you very much for your generosity. once again thank you...
