Absolutely devastated by the way I was treated. I have agoraphobia. I made a New Year resolution to try to overcome it. My biggest problem is how ugly I feel, especially about my teeth. My whole life I have been bullied and teased. I am 57. I finally got the courage to go since I had insurance to pay for a full set of dentures . However, the dentist stated my teeth are healthy and refused to do it . I was so proud of myself leaving my house for the first time in years to do this. I didn't even see a doctor when I got covid. I was really hoping to get this done because it would boost my fragile self esteem and I looked forward to pretty teeth, instead I cried myself to sleep with no hope of feeling better about myself. Sometimes it's so bad I put paper over mirrors so I don't see my reflection. I am so upset that I finally have insurance that would pay for it but he was only willing to fill 2 cavities. I will probably not go to my next appointment or leave my house. I can't understand how people can get this done so easily but not for me. So I will keep my ugly face inside from now on with my mirrors covered. Not the best way to treat an agoraphobic. You did more damage to me than you can know. I will never have a nice smile, I will always feel ugly. It will be a long time before I get the courage to leave my home for another appointment. If ever..

Was told that they offered quick appointments... However they would not see me for over 10 days when I told them I had a dental emergency

Always friendly, professional and they do a great job! I recently had my teeth cleaned and all four wisdom teeth pulled. They were great and made the experience pain free. Great place to go!

Had my wisdom teeth pulled here and Dr. Bui tore my mouth up! He also hit a nerve and I have lost feeling of one half of my mouth. That was 6 months ago! The folks at 1st Dental did not offer an apology, or any further assistance. I have called and they have done everything to avoid me! Stay away from this place.

This office is great..from the staff, the front office, to Dr. Bui, I was warmly received and this office even took me in with no appointment on the weekend. They are very flexible and even offered to stay late. I highly recommend this dental office to all who are in need of personal dental care.
