Provided by YP.comThis place was absolutely terrible, so beware. Make sure that you get your diagnosis estimate up front. They were also very unprofessional. Their negligence contributed to my vehicle being vadalized on their property. I could go on and on but I won't just BEWARE

Provided by YPmobileTo unhappymotherofkids. I am in disbelief and dumbfounded by the negative review you left. You personify the type of customer shop owners hope they never see. I bent over backwards to help you out and this the thanks I get?! First of all, I came to your HOME at NO CHARGE to diagnose your vehicle. I showed and explained to you every step of the way exactly WHY I had to remove the rear seat, to access and test the fuel pump as you stood there watching, nodding that you understood! I then towed your vehicle to my shop at NO CHARGE and replaced your faulty fuel pump and did so at a cost less than typical, extending you a parts and labor discount so as to assist you AGAIN, in consideration of your situation. You fully understood that the relay may be failing as well and could leave you stranded, but DECLINED to have it replaced and chose to take your chances. You drove away happy, remember?? When you called the next day to inform me it was disabled at the bank, I AGAIN went to diagnose it and tow it to my shop at NO CHARGE, even though I had every rite to! Despite the fact I had strongly recommended the relay be replaced the day before, and in lieu of YOUR bad decision, I AGAIN replaced it for less than most likely any other shop would have charged you. Again you drove away happy and thanked me profusely for assisting you. You knew of the 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty, but instead of even calling me and allowing me to rectify the problem at NO CHARGE, you chose to take it elsewhere and bad mouth my business...just because you were embarrassed for making a poor decision! Provided by YP.comI am a single mother who took m.y car for them to fix in November and the owner Chris fixed my car saying that it needed a relay. Not even a week later my car broke down again. When I called the mechanic to tell him the issue he charged me for showing up for an issue he already was suppose to have fixed. He told me it was a fuel pump. I could not afford to fix the fee of almost 500. So I said that I would not being having them fix my car because something just didn't seem right. This week I had my sitter mechanic fix my car and when he replaced the started which besides the battery and fuse to the windows was all that needed to be fixed in the first place. When I asked my new a loyal mechanic why would they need to pull out my back seat to do diagnostiics he looked confused and said that they were trying to tamper with the fuel pump. So that they would be able to charge for extra work. My honest opinion is that you do not want to take your car to some crooks.

Provided by YPmobileI have brought both of my cars in and the work done was first class. The first time I went there the estimate they gave me was about 10% less then they quoted me and they actually fixed a broken spring that was warped for the trunk of my car. I never asked them to fix it but they did an didn't charge me. When the car was ready to be picked up they didn't even tell me they fixed it. I found out the next day when I needed to get into the trunk it opened just great. The guys are real good and very fair. When I brought in my wifes Van to have work done once again they didn't charge as much as they said they would. Being a retired machanic I know the prices are about the same all over town but I think the labor they charge is well below what the other places charge. It's like this, they are honest and very fair in there prices.
