Provided by YPmobileTerrible. I came in at 830 with extreme pain and constant vomiting. I was told it would be 5 minutes. 45 minutes later I was spoken to (after another person was told they were first and let them go in first with "no extra room". Anot hour and a half later I'm still in the waiting room while 3 other people have gone past me. Never go here. They staff doesn't seem to care and they never really pay attention to your needs. The interupt you while you are talking and it is very rude and disrespectful. The old hospital was way more in top of things and never left you hanging

Provided by YPmobileStaff was only ok. But waiting over 2 hours in lobby and then another 45 minutes in the room is not acceptable. Next time I'll go to the local hospital

Provided by YP.comI have been to the clinic to have some shots, and refilling some medications. I asked to send the prescription to Walgreens. When I got at the drugstore, there were no prescription to me. I got back home because I was not feeling well because of the shots. I sent 3 emails to the clinic asking about the prescription. I had no answer. I called today. They answered me that I need to go back to the clinic, and PAY other appointment to get that, or visit other urgent care. It was disrespectful, lack of professionalism.

Provided by YP.comSo I took my son into the clinic today, and there was a nurse there who seemed to be having a horrible day! We never have to wait very long, which is why we love going there, but today was not a good experience. This nurse, I unfortunately didn't get her name, older woman, went to take my sons pulse/ox and he is only one, and he threw a fit, and she tried doing his finger, and toe and she was getting so impatient with him! He was screaming and crying, and she was blowing in his face!!! She couldn't get an accurate reading so she just gave up and told the doctor that his pulse/ox was abnormal so he sent us to the ER. Yeah, his pulse/ox was abnormal because my son was thrashing around and she was pissing him off. So needless to say we had to pay $20 just for a nurse to turn around and tell us to go to the ER, and we didn't even get to see the doctor! We ended up going to the ER and waiting 6 hours, did xrays, and many tests for the dr to tell us that he has bronchitis and that there is nothing they can do; it just needs to run its course. The ER visit and all the money that we are going to have to dish out for the xrays and tests could have been bypassed if the nurse and the doctor would have given my son a chance. I will be thinking twice before going back to the clinic.
I would have given it a 1 star, but both me and my husband have gone to this clinic and we had a good experience. I think they are just not qualified to work with children.
