Provided by YP.comIf you are a military family stay away their business practice is not in line with the military way of life. You cannot drop off just anytime unless you call first, you cannot drop in just anytime unless you ask first, you cannot take vacation whenever you want their vacation is set for two weeks in Dec. The director is rude to the parents and kids as well (redirection to the kids is poor). The assistant director was pleasent to deal with but she doesnt make the rules so she is at the mercy of the director. Some of the staff need training desperatley specially when greeting parents. If you pay in advance and decide to leave you will be out of your money because your deposit is supposed to cover your last 2 weeks. The amount of structure is this place was way too much for my kid:dont run, dont talk unless you are talked to, no talking in class while you are learning/reading,this is way too much for a preschool who should be encourange to ask questions and praise for being inquisitive.

Provided by YP.comOur son is currently 4 years old and has been attending the Learning Tree since he was one (1). Before admitting him into the Learning Tree, we evaluated a number of different facilities and wrestled with the idea of paying somebody to care for our son in our home. We tried the in-home care and found that we were going through a number of providers. But most importantly, our son was not getting the socialization that comes with an organized day care/preschool.
What impressed us the most about the Learning Tree was that the owner, Sonia Rodriguez, and her staff were so attentive to our questions and goals for our son. Sonia walked us through the Learning Tree. They have a full kitchen with their very own chef, little toilets for little kids, computers, cots for naps, and a library of books. Beginning at age one, the children begin learning the alphabet and recognizing numbers and learning the ability to count. Each holiday, the Learning Tree is decorated to fit the holiday. The children learn crafts as they make items for their parents and grand parents. They have book day every week. Each year the class gets photos. Most of the children in our son s class have been with him since age one. Outside, they have various playgrounds with age appropriate play sets and toys. Each day, we (the parents) receive a report card. This place, especially the kitchen, is truly AMAZING.
Usually, the Learning Tree is filled to capacity, and therefore, there is a wait list to get your child in. But once your child is in, its worth every penny. You immediately see changes in your child socially and academically. The monthly fees are competitive with other facilities. But what your child learns is much, much better. Other parents who have sent their children to the Learning Tree have informed us that their children were more advanced than most of the other children in kindergarten when that time came. What a deal!
WE RECOMMEND THE LEARNING TREE HIGHLY
