Place is falling apart - You start fixing stuff yourself because they "fixed" it - Porches are falling apart - Windows leak when it rains - Fire extinguishers are expired (March 2014) - They hide under the " PRIVATE " property title all the time - Pit bulls, boxers and Great Danes can be found here on the property - They switch companies that manage either the property or water what seems like every 6 months - In the past year, we have had 6 managers, 2 property managements, at least 5-7 different maintenance men --The only thing that is consistant around here is finding dog crap on the ground and evictions notices on the doors - Might be considered one of the "nicer" place in SV but if I were you I would look else where.
