The apartments and grounds are very nice but the neighborhood is very unsafe. DEA and SWAT teams galore in the areas surrounding the apartments. A lot of unsupervised kids and noise at all hours of the day and night. I have chatted with other residents here and there and the things I hear from them about the property manager Ranya are very negative. Supposedly, she invades residents privacy. I was told that residents had their mail stolen and packages have gone missing. I haven't lived their that long and don't receive parcels so I can't confirm it. One thing I can say for sure she is very loud when knocking on doors and yelling on the property. I have heard that she has invaded ppls privacy and guest of residents are not always welcome. One resident told me that when guest show up too frequently they are being harassed and accused of having someone living with them. I haven't been there a year yet but it is unlikely I will stay mainly because of the neighborhood.
