The review by "James L" is 100% correct.... not much more add.... I wound not "avoid it" however.... people are friendly, the manager is very friendly (but never enforced rules when it came to the 'assistant manager'..... - but I think that is finally changing) ..... it's a nice little park in the rear of a very large mobile home community.... it has a wonderful indoor pool and a lot of mostly activities for retired folks..... there was just 'one' person that spoiled it and we moved..... :(

We have lived here in the RV section for three years. At first it was a nice quite place. The last 4 months have been hell! The manager doesn't seem to care anymore the camp host is joke. Never around and the assist. The assistant camp host is worse and smokes pot.

There is drug trafficking here now, loud cars that wake you up early in the morning drive around in the park all day. When you complain to the manager he says he can't do anything about the noise during the day they are punks they have no respect. They burn smoky camp fires too that smell like garbage. The lighting in the lighting in the RV section is very poor. We are moving by the end of the month. AVOID THIS PLACE!
