While I have no issues with my physician or medical treatment received, secondary support, Sierra Vista Medical Group Administrative Staff and medical technicians are disappointing at best. Contact with anyone beyond the first line scheduler is nearly impossible. Once contact is established and commitments (call backs) are made, they are not met in a timely manner or at all! Based upon 6 months of interaction with them, I believe their operation to be riddled with complacency, if not incompetency. Regardless of a physician’s personal qualifications or qualities, medical treatment is a collaborative effort and consistent failures relating to secondary/administrative support are inseparable from the overall quality of patient care.
