Dr. Daly and her staff treated me very well. Her office staff were very helpfull and I couldn't have asked for better treatment during my surgery.

The new patient procedures are not user friendly (incomplete/misleading email on how to complete information on web site and web site had two options with neither working well), so I told Dr Daly's staff I was going to another doctor that had better new patient procedures - I did see another doctor, who had much better new patient procedures

The doctor's office staff is comprised of vile bullies. While I waited 10 minutes for them to leisurely acknowledge me, I watched them delete voice mails without writing done the information and crumple messages from the answering service and toss them in the trash. I heard them mock patients while speaking to them on the phone. When I was finally acknowledged and had the audacity to ask questions about the paperwork I was handed, I received a melodramatic sigh.



The doctor is competent, but her staff is very unpleasant. I would not recommend her practice. I have not even mentioned the nightmare billing situation I am attempting to resolve with her extremely non-helpful staff.
