Do not work for this company unless ignorance and unprofessional work place practices are something you do not mind. You will be schedules to work someone else's PTs without the PT or regular caregiver having any knowledge of it. You will be sent places you have NO business being and will be forced to tell PTs that they have no choice but to allow this company to serve them. The scheduling incompetent has NO idea what shes doing and the owner yells @ PTS as well as care providers , making threats and forcing you to work shifts that are not yours to work. Very nasty attitudes from both Miss- Im a Christian,back stabbing, dishonest scheduler & the vap smoking , back stabbing, dis honest , unprofessional , bad attitude owner. When you have a PT listen to everything being said by these two & state" Who does she think shes talking to ? Get the hell out of that company "( the PT left the comp) You know there is a huge problem. Talk with the people who are actually doing the work, not the ones sitting in the office gossiping , pushing papers and planning out their next plan of attack. Please do your homework before hiring these people. Youll be glad you did.
