Treatment Program Treatment consists of 30 days of outpatient treatment for substance abuse. The program includes individual counseling, group counseling and education sessions. Participants are required to attend outside support meetings. Random drug screening will be provided. Each participant will develop an individual treatment plan and will work toward goals conducive to their own recovery. Drug and Alcohol Education Program The comprehensive education program meets twice per week and continues for 4 consecutive weeks. Sessions are scheduled for two hours, and will cover 16 topics including the history of substance abuse, drug types and effects, alcohol education, use/misuse/abuse and dependence, social and family impact, drugs and physiology, high risk behavior, recovery, 12-step programs, relapse, and relapse prevention. All sessions must be attended for completion.
